How We Help
Our service is designed to fit around the way businesses operate, from SMEs with a few hard hats to large groups with hundreds of sites.
For larger organisations or multiple sites, we offer corporate accounts. This allows head offices to manage the recycling centrally, while giving site managers and staff an easy, consistent way to send hats for recycling as and when needed — without dealing with payment individually. We also offer pallet collection for bulk returns.
For smaller batches, it’s as simple as ordering online. You select the number of hats to recycle, pay securely, and download a Royal Mail label. Pop the hats in a box, attach the label, and they’ll be collected and sent for recycling at our UK facility.
Once we receive the hats, they are processed at our dedicated UK recycling centre. Each hat is dismantled and sorted by polymer type, ensuring it can be properly recycled, not simply downcycled or burned. The plastic is then turned into reusable material for British manufacturing. Logos are destroyed in the process to ensure complete security.
Throughout, we handle all compliance paperwork. You’ll automatically receive a legally required waste transfer note and certificate of destruction, giving your CSR and procurement teams exactly what they need for audit trails and reporting.
